Yoga has held a very special place in my heart ever since I experienced my first sun salutation sophomore year at Northwestern University.  I was intrigued by the mixture of flexibility, grace, strength, and stillness within yoga.  In 2013, I began to fully immerse myself in yoga and noticed a significant difference in my day-to-day happiness.  Suddenly, I was able to use yoga, pranayama, and meditation to lower stress, maintain perspective and instill a true sense of peace and balance in my life.  This transformation was so powerful that it inspired me to become a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher.  I am ecstatic to share the joy and clarity that yoga has brought to my life with the St. Louis community!

Sunday, 9:15am-10:15am: Yoga for Women (inclusive space for ALL women: cis, trans, queer, non-binary feminine people) All Levels Welcome.

Celebrate sisterhood in this empowering and supportive space. Build balance, grounding and strength within a nurturing community. This class will help you explore movement & expressions that feel the best in your body. There will be moments of both high energy and gentle movement within the hour. All levels are welcome!

Sunday, 11:00am-12:00pm: Mindful Movement (All Levels)

In this class, we will gather as a community to move with intention, slow down and deepen the poses to reveal the hidden gems of awareness, healing and empowerment stored within. Between alignment principles and a heart-based philosophy grounded in your everyday world, you'll be surprised to discover all of the possibilities within you. By allowing breath to inspire movement, you will create space & freedom in your mind, body and spirit.  This Hatha yoga practice, great for both the beginner and experienced yogi, will take you through a gentle flow, deep stretch, and exploration of the asanas in a slow and mindful manner, focusing primarily on connecting each movement with the breath.

Thursday, 4:30pm-5:25pm: Mindful Flow

This yoga class is designed to promote awareness of breath and movement. You will practice different breathing techniques and a series of yoga sequences with a slow pace that will give you time to connect with your breath and to tune inward. Some classes will also integrate the philosophy of yoga into the postures. All levels of yogis are welcome!
