Yoga has held a very special place in my heart ever since I experienced my first sun salutation sophomore year at Northwestern University.  I was intrigued by the mixture of flexibility, grace, strength, and stillness within yoga.  In 2013, I began to fully immerse myself in yoga and noticed a significant difference in my day-to-day happiness.  Suddenly, I was able to use yoga, pranayama, and meditation to lower stress, maintain perspective and instill a true sense of peace and balance in my life.  This transformation was so powerful that it inspired me to become a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher.  I am ecstatic to share the joy and clarity that yoga has brought to my life with the St. Louis community!

Onsite Registration; class is hosted on the 12th Floor of the SLU Law Building. Once it gets warm, we'll host class on the beautiful rooftop of SLU Law (accessible from 12th floor).

Wednesday, 11:00am-11:55am: Mindful Flow

This yoga class is designed to promote awareness of breath and movement. You will practice different breathing techniques and a series of yoga sequences with a slow pace that will give you time to connect with your breath and to tune inward. Some classes will also integrate the philosophy of yoga into the postures. All levels of yogis are welcome!
